Riviera Property Assist offers an annual standard service subscription as described below. However, this base package can be expanded and changed as desired to better suit your situation. Before signing an agreement we will visit your property together with you in order to ensure all your requirements will be met.
What is included in the subscription?
We carry out two surveys per year
We check if any intrusion exists, outside doors, windows etc.
Okular inspection of all rooms for possible damage / noise / mold and control of base heat is in progress during the winter.
We check if leaks have occurred, we check wet rooms, we check that the water meter does not spin.
We control heating systems (gas), we read of meters for water, electricity, gas.
We empty the mailbox and send out important mail (tax office, bills, housing association etc, this to avoid late payment charges.)
Control of façade / roof (from the ground) trenches and water drainage.
Control of garden, garage, gate and fencing. We refer to craftsmen who have the required diploma and liability insurance.
Administration
We explain Taxe D’Habitation and Taxe Foncière Summons of letters from authorities.
We draw up an inspection protocol available online.
Price
For members of the Rivier Club, we offer a discounted price for this subscription service with a fee of 600 Euro per fixed charge incl. VAT. For non members, a surcharge of € 90 is added.
The above price includes travel expenses, but as with additional services, a kilometer charge of a car of 0.543 Euro is charged and any motorway fees (km tax is determined by the French tax authorities).
Any additional service requests may be subject to an additional charge as agreed.
Additional Services Catalog
If you wish to visit several visits a year, it is possible. If you wish 4 visits to the apartment there is a cost of 375 Euro and you wish to spend 6 visits a year at a cost of 750 Euro.
We offer an insurance which means that with a maximum of 6 hours notice during the day, you will be able to visit your apartment on urgent matters, type of burglary, fire, leakage or other matter. Can be subscribed when booking annual subscriptions and costs 75 Euro per year. We document the damage and draw up a protocol that is sent to you for a decision on the continuation.
